The Precinct is the newest residential offering in Perth’s riverside southern suburb of Mount Pleasant, boasting a collection of 192 residences.

“It commands views of every facet of the city from Kings Park and the CBD, to the converging Swan and Canning Rivers and the distant escarpment to the east”, the developer said.

While the high-owner occupier ratio within the development has been shown to preserve capital values and generate higher rental income for investors.

Set to become one of the first five-star Green Star residential buildings delivered within Western Australia, the project incorporates sustainable features and environmentally friendly materials.
