The Precinct, a new project delivered by Norup+Wilson, offers a collection of one, two and three-bedroom apartments in a great family suburb.

Mount Pleasant is a southern suburb of Perth, delivering river views and close to many attractions and neighbourhood amenities.

Forming part of the $235 million Canning Bridge redevelopment project, the Precinct is the catalyst for a vibrant new riverside lifestyle.

Each resident will enjoy spectacular, ever-changing panoramic vistas of the Swan and Canning Rivers or the surrounding leafy suburbs, regardless of which floor their apartment sits.

The 22-storey apartment has been designed by acclaimed architectural firm Woods Bagot, featuring design innovations, indulgent luxuries and unmatched living spaces.

Residents are also offered the opportunity to customise their apartment, with the choice to add vanities, make personalised touches and even redesign layouts.

The building incorporates an elegant design and high-quality features, including premium appliances, artisan finishes and large floorplans.

High-tech features are complemented by advanced security options for all residents, including secured access points, a remote video intercom, an internal mailroom with courier lockers, and CCTV cameras throughout.

Inspired by the finest international hotel suites, residents can pamper themselves in chic and spacious bathrooms, with some residences featuring bathtubs.

Sky Home living is not the expansive 360-degree views or the exclusive facilities or unmatched security. It’s the extraordinary peace and quiet which comes from being so far above the rest of the world, enjoying the kind of safe, isolation that The Precinct offers.

Floors 17 through to 20 are dedicated to the ultra-premium Sky Homes, with the top floor hosting the extravagant Sky Lounge for the exclusive use of the four floors of Sky Home residents.

“Here they can access any of the wines they have stored in the temperature and humidity-controlled wine cellar or entertain their guests in the impressive private dining room and adjoining lounge”, the project marketing reads.

Other amenities integrated into the development’s design include indoor and outdoor gym, running track, Teppanyaki barbeques, swimming pool, residents’ lounge and library.
