IVANHOE EAST is a highly sought-after pocket of Melbourne, thanks to the picturesque streets of the north-eastern suburb.

Other recreational amenities that residents can enjoy include Ivanhoe Aquatic Centre, Olympic Leisure Banyule or Macleod Recreation and Fitness Centre

“I think people buy in because it will be a community, it won’t be a transient place with 50 for-lease signs up all the time,” sales agent Natasha Johnson said.

“That’s the main attraction – there’ll be no investors here”, Johnson added.

The median house price recorded in IVANHOE EAST by the REIV for the September 2021 quarter was $2.18 million for homes.

This is significantly higher than the starting price for three-bedroom townhomes at The Grounds, which begin from $1.89 million.

6. Proximity to the CBD
