The prominent The Chocolate Box Centre in Melbourne's retail precinct of Camberwell has been slated for sale, with price expectations of more than $13 million.

Tenanted by ASX listed retailer Kathmandu and two established local traders, The Chocolate Box and the Short Black Cafe, the property sits on a building area of about 1,457 square metres and has a part single and two-level building.

Kathmandu accounts for about 60% of the total income at the 761-767 Burke Road property.

The annual net rental is about $772,000 with fixed yearly increases.

Expressions of interest close on November 15 through Fitzroys and CBRE.
