Residential property values in Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide: CoreLogic RP Data

Residential property values in Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide increased this week to the last, according to CoreLogic RP Data, who found values stayed flat in Brisbane and increased 0.1 percent in Perth.

Melbourne property has had a year to date change so far of 3.7 percent.
