Tennis veteran Wayne Arthurs and his partner, Caroline, have their Kooyong home listed through Paul Castran of Castran Gilbert.

The expressions of interest campaign closes May 27 with $3.8 million-plus expectations for the renovated 31 Talbot Crescent home.

The five-bedroom two storey 1930s property sits on 1149 square metres with rear tennis court.

It's a floodlit championship-sized north-south tennis court.

The former Davis Cup player, who has coached at the National Academy since 2010, bought the property in 2006.

Wayne won his first ATP title in 2005 at 33 years of age, the oldest first-time winner since the ATP Tour formed in 1990.

He retired at Wimbledon 2007 with 12 doubles titles, a career-high singles ranking of 44 (in July 2001) and 11 in doubles (in November 2003).

Wayne is the son of former Irish Davis Cup player Derek Arthurs and Angie Arthurs. Wayne and his partner, Caroline Gideskog, have a daughter, Amber who was born in 2006.
