Since I have inquired regarding the property inspection, the property display set up has well arranged. I would never get a doubt about it. After a few days, the agent asked me to pay a booking deposit without that she couldn't book my apartment. I thought its excellent location, convenient for my children to go to school, so I have paid for the cheque.
But recently I found on the websites one more person is complaining about the same thing. When I checked with them how many families have booked in the project, they said seven since 2017. However, as for three years, there were seven families book the apartments, and they were got trap by these issues. I feel that this project has totally in loss; just they are covering up their failures project and keep doing this unwise business on as well.
So I decided to take action against them even if they are not interested in helping me that it is not fair enough, but else I will find the lawyer/conveyancer. Please request you to remove all the nondevelopment project from the list or else give the actual circumstances of the project. In fact, how can we find out the project's worth to buy your house? Otherwise, fake people will always take advantage of the situation. Thank you for understanding this matter and if you can help all.
