They need a permit to start the construction (read your contract of sale, Pg. no. 117). There permit already expired, so if they want, then they have to do everything from the beginning. But I think they have insufficient funds they are not interested in doing that I feel that this project has totally in the loss. However, as for three years, there were seven families book the apartments, and they were got trap by these issues. Just they are covering up their losses and taking booking deposits from the buyers. I want my money back so I am trying my best.

I requested them to cancel the contract of sale as per Section 32 & please requesting to refund my booking deposit payment and other payments as per Section 27. Even if you are interested to help me it is fair enough or else I will find the lawyer/conveyancer.

The reason I am canceling because I have checked the project since 2017. The project never started development, and also I think the contract documents are fake without any fear carried the project so long. Moreover, I believe that the land has not belonged to them, or else the projects have a failure to the rescheduling of work activities over time was critical and was emphasized in the planning process. That's the reason they couldn't start the project, and I am not sure it will happen in the future because of insufficient funds. As I have seen, only three people involved in the sale Vendor, agent, lawyer, details are below :

Since I have inquired regarding the property inspection, the property display set up has well arranged. I would never get a doubt about it. After a few days, the agent asked me to pay a booking deposit without that she couldn't book my apartment. I thought its excellent location, convenient for my children to go to school, so I have paid for the cheque.

But recently I found on the websites one more person is complaining about the same thing. When I checked with them how many families have booked in the project, they said seven since 2017. However, as for three years, there were seven families book the apartments, and they were got trap by these issues. I feel that this project has totally in loss; just they are covering up their failures project and keep doing this unwise business on as well.

So I decided to take action against them even if they are not interested in helping me that it is not fair enough, but else I will find the lawyer/conveyancer. Please request you to remove all the nondevelopment project from the list or else give the actual circumstances of the project. In fact, how can we find out the project's worth to buy your house? Otherwise, fake people will always take advantage of the situation. Thank you for understanding this matter and if you can help all.
