Hi, I have recently moved in on City road and wished to track this project - 18 Moray Street. It is supposed to be 38 floor high rise on Moray Street. The spot seems quite small and I am not sure if it will make for a nice residential spot. The brochure also talks about retail space. The land was sold in Sept 2016 but I haven't seen any progress so far.

please share your thoughts. Thank you!

Construction tender is being prepared for the project, so we'll find out soon enough.

It may not be the best spot, but at least the views will be maintained for some time

Thanks Mark, looking forward to new updates! I wonder if retail space will add value to this end of City Rd. The Moray St has been quiet and doesn't feel very crowded yet.

The Imperium and Palladium are going to plug that gap pretty emphatically. Platinum's summit glass picks up the light really well sometimes.
