Thanks Redden. This one's making great progress! No stuffing around for a year or two in a hole with cbus.
Marvelous Mega-Melbourne
Still making good progress. Unusually, the gate was open yesterday, so was able to take a rare wide shot.

I think they'll load from that side from now on, it's only really the canopy they need to tack on at the end above that area
Thanks to GlennWilson for this fresh angle. The crane on the left is Melbourne Village. Hope Glenn can get this angle when all 5 cranes are up on West Side Place. With 311's three, it will be a definite candidate for Melbourne's greatest crane city.

It's only when you step back from 311, that you realize how much it has grown. Not far behind the height of the City West Police tower.
Still steaming ahead.
N.B. I think the crane on the left is Melbourne Grand.[/QUOTE]

Great to see this one progressing so quickly, as it hopefully brings the Jean Nouvel tower closer.
Melbourne's first cage fighting venue. Seriously what is this?
^ It won't really be as prominent once the diagonal fins and canopy are installed.
