Two adjoining commercial premises on Woollahra's iconic Queen Street strip have been listed for sale.

There have only been two sales on Queen Street in the last 12 months.

The property's, being sold in one line at 146 and 148 Queen Street both have four metre street frontage to Queen Street.

They have been described as super prime retail investments, sitting near the corner of Holdsworth Street.

Japanese restaurant Izy Izakaya own and occupy number 146 which cost $200,000 in 1984.

Next door is being offered with vacant possession.
