Because of the low interest rates, Melbourne's property market at the moment is performing strongly.

The auction market at the moment is very active, and so is the private sale market.

Buy in the best possible location for your budget.

You can make small, cost-friendly changes to your home over time but you can't change where you are located without selling and upgrading.

  • What tips would you give investors about the timing of their buying in the 2015 market?

The rental market remains stable so buying now and locking in low interest rates gives security and potential for growth.
