Hobart vendors forced to discount the most: CoreLogic

Hobart vendors have the highest pricing expectations on their private treaty listings, according to CoreLogic RP Data.

So the typical house seller must knock 6.7% off their asking price.

Hobart units need around a 9.6% discount to secure a sale.
