(e.g. 70% occupied/has a contract) 4. Do you consider a discount? 6. What type of residents are they? (e.g. Are they living there or renting it out as an investment? Are they local Australians or investors from overseas? How about the family status? Are they young students, single workers, families with young kids, elderly downsizing?)7. What are the occupations of the residents? (e.g. self-employed, employed, professionals, young students etc)8. What are the most appealing aspects of this property? Where are popular units?

If you are interested in 2 bed 2 bath 1 car we also have Melbourne Quarter East Tower completing in late May with estimated occupation in June.
